Netball

St Albans Netball has been proudly affiliated with the GFNL since the inception of netball to the league in 2000. We field all Saturday winter season competition arrangements, from A-E Grade, Under 19s and Under 17s, Under 15s,  Under 13s (division 1 & 2) – this follows the GFNL fixture.

St Albans Under 11s teams participate on Tuesday evenings under the AFL Barwon competition arrangements.

Netball training during winter season encompasses the whole club environment with all age groups and grades training systematically on Thursday evenings with dinner enjoyed in the rooms by everyone across the football and netball club, for that genuine country community club experience.

During Summer, we offer junior competition as a continued social sporting experience which is governed by AFL Barwon.

The St Albans “One Club Mantra” embraces our strong club culture, environment and ethos with football and netball alike. 

Our Netball Program headed by Rebecca Henriksen is inclusive, progressive and empowers everyone to be the best versions of themselves on and off the court. 

Our facilities are exceptional, offering brilliant court surfaces, rooms and gym accessibility, often in demand from other netball associations as a popular venue of choice for representative training and games.
