Complaints & Grievance Procedure
Many grievances result from misunderstandings and communication problems. Therefore, whenever possible, it is best to speak directly with the person/s concerned to seek a positive resolution of the issue. If this has happened and your issue has not been resoloved you can find more details in the STAFNC Grievence Procedure.
